Welcome To Grade 2!

Yesterday we had a great start off to the new school year!

I just want to bring to your attention that a very important newsletter went home yesterday with your child in their planners regarding one of our students who has an exceptionally sensitive immune system.  We ask you to use extraordinary caution when it comes to evaluating your own child’s health.  We ask that you keep them home when they are sick as germs can be passed around. 

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter!

If you have lost your letter and would like another, please see the “parents bulletin board” just inside the front door of the classroom. This applies to any other paperwork that is sent home.

Today I sent home a Grade 2 information package outlining routines and scheduling for this year. Please take a look at it as it highlights some important details! The last page includes a questionnaire where you are invited to fill out what you would like.  The answers you provide will give me a better understanding how to better serve and meet the needs of your son or daughter.  Please return this sheet by Friday September 16^th along with the ChickaDEE, Highlight and Puzzle Mania forms. 

The scholastic order forms are not due until Wednesday September 21^st.

We will also be sharing our summer boxes on  Friday September 16^th.  please read the note that was sent home for details!
