The following forms were given to me this morning to hand out to the students:
- Hot Lunch Form
- Blue Form (Student Information Verification Form)
The hot lunch form is due MONDAY but the kids will get this lunch on Wednesday.
The blue form was only given to the students whose parents were unable to make it last night to the teacher-parent meeting. If you were at the meeting last night, you would already have this.
